- • Serve as a strategic partner to the Founders by managing and executing high-priority initiatives across Product, Marketing, Strategy, and Business Operations.
- • Program manage cross-functional projects by coordinating directly with departmental leaders to align execution with the Founders’ strategic vision and organizational goals.
- • Act as a trusted sounding board for the Founders, helping to evaluate new initiatives, identify focus areas, and refine decision-making priorities.
- • Optimize the Founders’ time and engagement by managing long-term calendars, assessing external opportunities, and ensuring alignment with core company priorities.
- • Draft and refine critical internal and external communications including board presentations, company-wide Town Hall scripts, investor pitch decks, executive reports, and public speeches.
- • Collaborate with the Founder’s assistant to streamline administrative workflows and ensure seamless coordination of executive activities and stakeholder engagements.
- • Synthesize complex data and operational insights into clear, actionable recommendations that inform leadership decisions and drive organizational change.
- • Navigate fast-paced, evolving environments by independently prioritizing multiple competing tasks while maintaining precision and consistency in deliverables.
- • Build and sustain strong relationships with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders to facilitate alignment, influence outcomes, and champion key initiatives across the organization.
- • Proactively identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in executive processes and propose scalable solutions to enhance decision velocity and operational effectiveness.
- • Represent the Founders in key internal discussions, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with company-wide objectives.
- • Support the integration of AI-driven capabilities and product innovations into strategic narratives and leadership communications.
- • Maintain deep understanding of BrowserStack’s product suite, including manual and automated testing, visual regression, accessibility tools, and AI-powered test automation features to accurately represent technical priorities.
- • Ensure all executive communications reflect BrowserStack’s position as a market leader in cloud-based software testing and its recognition on the Forbes Cloud 100.
- • Contribute to the company’s remote-first culture by operating effectively in a distributed environment while maintaining high standards of responsiveness and accountability.
- • Uphold the company’s mission to shape the future of software testing by aligning daily actions with long-term vision and innovation goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the tech or startup industry
- • Proven ability to thrive in a high-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple functions and priorities efficiently
- • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationships with senior leaders and complex stakeholder groups
