📋 Description
- • Senior / Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant responsible for designing and implementing digital HR core systems for clients, focusing on stable data models, clear organizational structures, and future-proof HR processes within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
- • Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as a central HR master data system, taking functional responsibility for Employee Central topics in projects, analyzing customer requirements holistically and translating them into robust, maintainable EC solutions based on proven SAP standards, and moderating workshops while advising on best practices and supporting decision-making processes.

🎯 Requirements
- • Multiple years of consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a clear focus on Employee Central
- • Experience in conceptualizing HR master data, organizational structures, and core HR processes, plus a good understanding of adjacent modules
- • Project-related travel readiness and very good German language skills to enable close, trustworthy collaboration with clients
