📋 Description
- • Senior / Lead SAP SuccessFactors Time Management & Time Tracking Consultant responsible for leading HR-cloud projects focused on time management and time tracking solutions, driving impact through expert implementation and client collaboration.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions end-to-end, owning project streams, analyzing complex customer requirements, conducting workshops and training sessions, and supporting effort estimation and project planning.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum two years of consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors, preferably with a focus on Time Management / Time Tracking
- • Project-related travel readiness and very good German language skills for reliable on-site client collaboration
- • Knowledge of additional SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central) or relevant certifications is advantageous
