- • Lead and scale of analytics function, reporting to the VP of Data and Analytics, overseeing a high-performing team of data analysts while remaining hands-on in analytics, data storytelling, and insights delivery.
- • Define and execute the analytics roadmap aligned with business and product goals, drive quarterly and annual planning, and ensure analytics projects are scoped, prioritized, and executed effectively across stakeholders.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering to drive deeper business understanding, optimize performance, and accelerate the use of advanced analytics and AI.
- • Drive event instrumentation, data pipelines, and KPI definitions for new product launches, conduct deep-dive analysis on user behavior and product usage, and design and maintain dashboards and self-service tools to empower stakeholders.
- • Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and analytical excellence by building clear career paths and growth opportunities for team members.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field including Analytics, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
- • 3+ years of experience managing data analytics professionals.
- • Strong SQL, Python skills and experience with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- • Hands-on experience leveraging modern AI platforms like Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini to build analytics, automation, and decision-support solutions.
- • Solid understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS Glue, Snowflake, and Redshift).
