- • Lead the Critical Data Models (MDM) team to establish a single source of truth for customer, supplier, and product data, ensuring data quality, governance, and integrity across Motorola Solutions.
- • Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for MDM initiatives, including evaluating emerging trends, implementing best practices, and identifying opportunities to augment processes with AI.
- • Oversee implementation and maintenance of Customer, Supplier, and Product Data Hubs; manage data governance processes; ensure data quality and consistency; and assess acquisition data model compatibility for integration.
- • Build and mentor a team of data experts; foster a data-driven culture; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders; and communicate the impact of data governance on business outcomes to senior leadership.
- • Drive operational excellence through monitoring team effectiveness, running best-in-class DevOps practices, and ensuring alignment across IT and business units to support critical data programs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of IT professional experience
- • 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management or leading Data & Analytics focused teams with a proven track record of success
- • 5+ years of experience leading senior-level technical teams
- • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (no sponsorship available)
- • Expert understanding of integration architecture, design, and protocols
- • Strong knowledge of data modeling and process design
