📋 Description

• • Lead the Health and Wellness Data Engineering team at Walmart Global Tech, responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining a cutting-edge data lake that powers pharmacy and vision center operations while driving innovative data products to improve health outcomes.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring a high-performing team of data engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration, directing the design and maintenance of enterprise-scale data lake architecture, overseeing ETL/ELT pipeline development for real-time and batch processing, implementing data warehouse solutions, collaborating with product managers and data scientists to launch data-driven products, establishing data quality and governance best practices, and ensuring compliance with regulations like HIPAA.
