- • Senior Manager, GTM Analytics role at Avanath Capital Management, LLC (operating as Momentive Software) is critical for translating complex revenue and sales compensation data into actionable insights that drive GTM team performance and executive decision-making.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and validating business goals from Finance and HR partners, providing leadership and mentorship to analysts, translating pipeline and revenue data into clear stories for executives and frontline teams, supporting sales compensation planning and administration, completing monthly commissions accruals, building dashboards for sales, marketing, and customer success leadership, analyzing revenue pipelines for trends and risks, and developing forecasting and conversion-rate analytics across the funnel.
- • The team operates within Momentive Software, a mission-driven company that amplifies the impact of over 20,000 purpose-driven organizations globally, providing cloud-based software for fundraising, learning, events, careers, volunteering, accounting, and association management, with a culture rooted in reliability, innovation, and community impact.
- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced analytics and storytelling skills, gain deep expertise in sales compensation design and administration, strengthen cross-functional leadership with GTM, Finance, and HR teams, and grow people management capabilities while contributing directly to revenue growth and organizational effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7 years of experience as a revenue, sales, or GTM analyst, including dashboard development and data analysis
- • Experience partnering with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) and with Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Finance
- • Advanced Excel and data/BI tools, including Salesforce, Coefficient, Power BI, Looker, and Google Analytics
- • Previous people management experience
- • Business experience and knowledge of sales compensation design, administration, and processing strongly preferred
- • Critical thinking and storytelling ability to explain compensation plans and pipeline insights to executives and sales leaders
