- • Bilt is revolutionizing the way people interact with their living spaces by transforming rent and mortgage payments into a powerful rewards program. As the Senior Manager of Product Marketing for Payments and Banking, you will be at the forefront of shaping the narrative and driving the success of two of Bilt's most crucial product pillars: the seamless end-to-end lifecycle of how members pay rent and mortgage through Bilt, and the strategic activation and retention of our newly launched, industry-leading card program. This is a pivotal role where you will translate complex financial products into intuitive, engaging, and motivating user experiences that not only educate our members but also drive significant adoption and foster sustained, long-term engagement with the Bilt ecosystem.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new feature and benefit launches. This involves crafting clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging that resonates with our target audience, designing intuitive customer journeys that guide users effortlessly through product interactions, and overseeing the creation of all necessary marketing assets. You will be the custodian of the GTM timeline, meticulously managing core milestones to ensure every launch is executed smoothly, on time, and with maximum impact.
- • Beyond new initiatives, you will ensure that our messaging for existing products remains impactful, relevant, and consistent across all our always-on customer channels. As our product suite evolves, you will be responsible for updating and refining this messaging to reflect the latest features and benefits, ensuring our members always have the most accurate and compelling information at their fingertips.
- • A key aspect of this role involves creating and maintaining comprehensive training and informational materials. These resources will be vital for educating and activating internal teams and external partners on both new and existing benefits and product features, ensuring everyone involved in the Bilt ecosystem is well-equipped to champion our offerings.
- • You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, and other Marketing functions, to brainstorm and implement creative strategies for bringing Bilt's products and benefits to life. This includes leveraging our website, mobile app, lifecycle marketing channels, brand initiatives, media opportunities, and experiential activations to create a cohesive and compelling brand experience.
- • Furthermore, you will partner closely with marketing counterparts at our partner companies to co-create and execute joint initiatives, ensuring alignment and securing necessary approvals to maximize the reach and impact of our collaborations.
- • A data-driven approach is essential. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign and product performance metrics, translating these insights into actionable recommendations, and using the results to continuously iterate and optimize our product marketing strategies. This iterative process will be key to driving ongoing growth and success.
- • This role demands a deep understanding of complex financial products, a keen insight into customer needs and behaviors, a strong command of the Bilt brand voice, and a nuanced understanding of marketing channel mechanics. Your ability to effectively coordinate cross-functionally and build strong interpersonal relationships will be critical to navigating the dynamic environment at Bilt.
- • You will be instrumental in defining and articulating the value proposition of Bilt's payments and banking products, ensuring that our members understand the unique benefits of using Bilt for their rent and mortgage payments, and how our card program enhances their overall financial well-being and rewards potential. 🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for experience in fintech or a closely related category.
- • Proven ability to manage go-to-market strategy, including messaging development, customer journey mapping, and asset creation.
- • Experience with copywriting, deck creation, and a strong eye for design and visual communication.
- • Demonstrated ability to understand complex products, customer needs, brand voice, and marketing channel mechanics.
- • Excellent cross-functional coordination and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to work quickly and efficiently in high-pressure situations.
