📋 Description
- • As the Senior Manager, Marketing Project Management at Risepoint Holdings LLC, you will serve as the operational backbone enabling university partners to launch and grow high-impact online programs by leading a team of project managers and overseeing complex marketing initiatives including website builds, digital media campaigns, lifecycle journeys, and pilot programs.
- • Day to day, you will lead planning, scoping, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale projects simultaneously; manage project scheduling and resource capacity; collaborate with senior stakeholders across business functions to align priorities and mitigate risks; directly manage a team of 3–6 project managers through coaching, performance reviews, and development; own resource capacity reporting for creative teams; lead retrospectives and process improvements; develop project documentation such as roadmaps and dashboards; evolve project management systems for better visibility and capacity planning; create onboarding plans for new hires; and champion adoption of PM tools and organizational SOPs.

- • In this role, you will drive measurable improvements in project on-time delivery, resource utilization accuracy, reduction in escalations and rework, and adoption of scalable SOPs and tools; you will develop leadership and strategic influence by managing cross-functional initiatives, mentoring a PM team, and shaping marketing operations efficiency that directly impacts partner university success and organizational performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of advanced experience in project or program management
- • 3+ years managing website and digital marketing projects with solid understanding of web and digital marketing campaign workflows
- • 3+ years of experience as a people manager with demonstrated success in hiring, onboarding, coaching, professional development, and addressing performance concerns
- • Proven ability to develop scalable processes, create SOPs, and optimize workflows to streamline project schedules
- • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams)
