Senior Manager, Technical Programs

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Manager, Technical Programs at Affirm, you will lead and inspire a distributed team of Technical Program Managers to drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, Infrastructure, Operations, and Analytics, ensuring strategic technical initiatives are executed reliably and efficiently to support the company’s mission of making credit more honest and friendly.
• • Day to day, you will develop OKRs and operational models, establish program prioritization, partner with cross-functional leaders to plan requirements and manage schedules, identify and resolve dependencies and risks, and foster a high-performance culture through coaching, career development, and performance management.
• • You will join Affirm’s Tech Ops team, which sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and scale, partnering with technology leaders to translate complex initiatives into clear programs that drive platform health, velocity, and reliability as the business scales.
• • In this role, you will grow and develop key TPM talent, deepen your technical and domain expertise, and evolve the team to meet emerging challenges while delivering high-impact outcomes that support Affirm’s accelerating product lines and expanding business.
