- • Own the end-to-end architecture, build, and optimization of Everway’s global marketing automation stack (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or equivalent) to drive qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth across K-12, higher-ed, and healthcare verticals.
- • Translate complex buyer journeys into sophisticated, multi-touch nurture programs that deliver the right message at the right moment—leveraging behavioral triggers, firmographic data, and AI-driven scoring to move prospects from awareness to advocacy.
- • Partner daily with Product Marketing, Sales Ops, and Revenue Enablement to map content to funnel stages, ensuring every email, in-app message, webinar invite, and retargeting ad is personalized, compliant, and measurable.
- • Design and maintain a best-in-class lead lifecycle model (MQL, SQL, SAL, SQO) that gives Sales crystal-clear visibility into intent signals, funnel velocity, and revenue attribution—eliminating the age-old “where did this lead come from?” debate.
- • Build robust A/B and multivariate testing frameworks that continuously improve open rates, CTRs, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and ultimately ARR; present findings in monthly “growth labs” to senior leadership and iterate at sprint speed.
- • Architect data flows between CRM, MAP, CDP, and ad platforms to create a single source of truth for every contact, account, and opportunity; champion data hygiene and GDPR/CCPA compliance across all regions.
- • Create dynamic, scalable templates for emails, landing pages, and forms that empower regional marketers to launch localized campaigns in minutes—without breaking brand or tracking standards.
- • Own the selection, implementation, and ROI analysis of new martech tools (intent data, chatbots, predictive analytics, AI content generators) ensuring each addition demonstrably lifts pipeline and reduces CAC.
- • Collaborate with RevOps to refine lead-scoring algorithms that surface high-value ICP accounts, feeding real-time alerts to BDRs and accelerating time-to-close for enterprise deals.
- • Produce executive-level dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Datorama that translate campaign performance into revenue impact—arming C-suite with the insights needed to double down on winning plays.
- • Mentor a small but mighty team of marketing ops analysts and junior specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, documentation, and relentless curiosity.
- • Champion accessibility and inclusive design in every automated touchpoint, reflecting Everway’s mission to help every learner and professional be understood.
- • Stay ahead of privacy regulations, deliverability trends, and AI advancements, positioning Everway as a thought leader in ethical, high-performance marketing automation.
- • Travel up to 10 % for quarterly on-sites, user conferences, and martech vendor summits—returning with fresh tactics to share across the org.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years hands-on experience architecting and optimizing enterprise-grade marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud) in a B2B SaaS environment.
- • Proven track record of building multi-channel nurture programs that generated $10M+ in influenced pipeline and improved MQL-to-SQL conversion by 25 % or more.
- • Advanced proficiency in CRM integration (Salesforce preferred), lead-scoring models, revenue attribution, and GDPR/CCPA compliance.
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to write SQL or SOQL queries, build attribution models, and present data stories to non-technical stakeholders.
- • Nice-to-have: Marketo Certified Expert, Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin certification, experience with CDPs like Segment or RudderStack.
