• • Senior Motion Designer – Lead Motion at BJAK: This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity and storytelling of BJAK’s new UK brand through high-impact motion graphics that drive marketing, product, and social campaigns.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the design and animation of motion graphics for UK marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising; conceptualizing storyboards and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives; maintaining visual consistency and technical quality; collaborating with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams; mentoring junior designers; overseeing production from concept to delivery; developing reusable templates and motion design systems; managing multiple projects; troubleshooting technical issues; and staying ahead of global motion trends through experimentation with VFX, 3D animation, and emerging formats.
