📋 Description

• Senior Motions Designer leading creative vision and animation execution for marketing and product campaigns across BJAK’s digital and social platforms.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading design and animation of motion graphics, conceptualizing storyboards, ensuring brand consistency, mentoring junior designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing production pipelines, creating reusable templates, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying ahead of motion design trends through experimentation with 3D animation and visual effects.
• BJAK is Southeast Asia’s largest insurance and financial services platform, headquartered in Malaysia, operating across Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Japan, building next-generation AI systems to transform financial services in ASEAN through proprietary technologies like custom APIs and AI-driven engines.
• The role offers opportunities to lead creative direction for a regional brand, elevate design quality through innovation, mentor junior talent, work on multi-market campaigns with global standards, and grow professionally in a flat, idea-driven culture that values initiative over hierarchy.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus).
• Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition.
• Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes.
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work is required.
• Able to communicate in English is MUST
