📋 Description

• As a Senior Network Engineer at Stitch Fix, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the expanding IT team while enhancing your own skills and fostering an exceptional experience for colleagues across warehouse, tech, merchant, and stylist teams.
• You will support daily network operations across physical locations including downtown San Francisco headquarters, remote offices, distribution centers, and engineer/stylist sites, with a focus on Cisco Meraki environments.
• The Stitch Fix Enterprise IT Service Delivery team is committed to creating a fulfilling and inspiring workplace, solving problems collaboratively across warehouse, tech, merchant, and stylist teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• You will maximize network efficiency, provide exceptional remote support, enhance wireless performance, establish best practices, manage monitoring tools, secure wireless access, oversee connected services, organize IT operations, track assets accurately, and mentor team members to cultivate a positive, collaborative culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years in enterprise network engineering, with over 6 years specifically working with Cisco Meraki hardware in distributed, multi-site environments
• Proven success operating large networks with 500+ devices per site, supporting over 1,000 users across corporate offices, distribution centers, and remote locations
• Specialized knowledge in wireless security architecture, particularly with 802.1X, EAP-TLS, and certificate-based authentication
• Solid foundation in routing, switching, VLAN segmentation, traffic shaping, VPNs, and firewall policies, with experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity in high-pressure environments
• Comfortable managing cloud-adjacent network services (e.g., AWS, GCP) and integrating automation-friendly tools
• Confident in drafting root cause analysis (RCA) reports, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and utilizing ticketing/change management systems
• Communicative and passionate about mentoring others in a fast-paced, diverse tech culture, with willingness to participate in on-call rotations and travel as needed
• Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist (CMSS) certification preferred; relevant networking and wireless engineering certifications are a valuable asset
