📋 Description

• • Senior Network Engineer responsible for providing technical expertise to develop, maintain, and support technical infrastructure, hardware, and system software components for mid- to large-sized projects, ensuring performance and reliability meet or exceed business needs.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing tier three engineering support across the enterprise, resolving customer issues, maintaining service level agreements, configuring and maintaining systems, assisting with database backups and configuration management, interacting with customers and architects to define requirements, recommending production capacity, analyzing hardware and applications for security compliance, researching and testing new technologies, managing incident response and disaster recovery support, and training junior engineers.
