- • As a Senior Operations Associate (CDD) at Deliveroo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the hyperlocal customer experience across France. This is a high-impact position where you will be entrusted with the ownership of service performance at both the city and zone levels, leveraging data to drive actionable insights and spearheading cross-functional initiatives aimed at mitigating customer pain points. 🎯 Requirements
