  • • Spearhead GoDaddy's partner-led growth strategy, focusing on expanding the reach and impact of our Commerce platform through strategic alliances with technology partners, including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), developers, and vertical platforms, as well as crucial banking and financial institution partners.
  • • Act as the primary Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for the banking and financial institution partner channel, developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies that align with their unique sales motions and customer bases.
  • • Translate complex platform capabilities and features into clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositions that resonate with diverse partner ecosystems, driving acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • • Define and refine SaaS product plans, feature packaging, and pricing strategies specifically tailored for banking partners, ensuring alignment with their sales objectives and market demands.
  • • Develop a robust suite of sales enablement materials, including persuasive presentations, effective talk tracks, insightful competitive positioning analyses, and comprehensive frequently asked questions (FAQs) to equip partners for success.
  • • Support the promotion and bundling of hardware and software solutions designed to empower Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs), enhancing their ability to thrive online.
  • • Lead comprehensive partner sales training initiatives, ensuring readiness for new product launches and maintaining tight GTM alignment across all partner segments.
  • • Serve as a key client-facing PMM, building and nurturing strong relationships with strategic partner accounts and representing GoDaddy Commerce with key stakeholders.
  • • Drive and present insightful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to partners, showcasing performance metrics, highlighting key learnings, and identifying actionable opportunities for mutual growth and expansion.
  • • Diligently track and communicate critical partner metrics, adoption trends, and identify key growth levers to inform strategic decision-making and optimize GTM efforts.
  • • Proactively identify and champion strategies to deepen partner integration, expand adoption of GoDaddy's solutions, and ultimately drive incremental revenue for both GoDaddy and its partners.
  • • Foster seamless collaboration and alignment across internal GoDaddy teams, including Product Management, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics, to ensure cohesive and impactful GTM execution.
  • • Actively contribute partner and customer insights into the product roadmap and prioritization processes, ensuring that GoDaddy's offerings continue to meet the evolving needs of the partner ecosystem.
  • • Develop and implement scalable, repeatable GTM frameworks for partners that can be effectively deployed across global markets, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • • Operate effectively at both strategic and executional levels, demonstrating the ability to define high-level objectives while also diving deep into the details to ensure successful implementation.
  • • Drive the narrative around GoDaddy's partner value proposition, ensuring it is consistently communicated and understood across all touchpoints.
  • • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for partner engagement and product innovation.
  • • Champion the needs and success of partners within GoDaddy, acting as a strong advocate for their growth and integration.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of partner programs and enablement resources based on market feedback and performance data.
  • • Ensure that all partner-facing communications and materials are on-brand, accurate, and compelling.
  • • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners to drive demand and awareness.
  • • Support the onboarding and integration of new technology and financial institution partners into the GoDaddy ecosystem.
  • • Measure the effectiveness of GTM strategies and partner programs, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of the SMB market and the unique challenges and opportunities faced by entrepreneurs.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, Partnerships, or related B2B SaaS roles.
  • • Proven success in supporting and driving growth within indirect or partner-led sales models.
  • • Demonstrated ability to translate complex platform features and technical capabilities into clear, engaging, and differentiated value propositions and narratives.
  • • Experience collaborating directly with external partners and sales teams, including leading client-facing engagements and presentations.
  • • Strong executive presence and exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • • Required experience in Payments, FinTech, or SMB commerce.
  • • Experience working during PST hours to align with North American business operations.
