- • As a Senior Partner Success Manager at Workato, you will be the first regional hire in EMEA for the Partner Success department, playing a pivotal role in building and scaling the global function from the ground up. You will own a strategic portfolio of high-priority partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), large System Integrators (SIs), and priority boutique SIs, acting as their trusted advisor to drive maturity, scale, and joint customer success.
- • Your day-to-day will involve building deep relationships with partner leadership, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), advising on practice structure and service offerings, guiding co-delivery motions, supporting deal pursuits, monitoring project health, and ensuring alignment between partners and internal teams such as Customer Success, Sales, and Professional Services. You will also serve as an internal advocate for your partners while maintaining accountability and customer-centricity.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in Partner Success, Professional Services, Customer Success, or related partner-facing roles in an Enterprise SaaS environment
- • Demonstrated success in building or scaling delivery practices, including service offerings, pricing, sales motions, and project management
- • Experience managing a portfolio of global or enterprise partners (GSIs, SIs) and understanding partner-driven revenue models
- • Strong technical fluency in iPaaS or enterprise orchestration concepts to assess delivery feasibility, timelines, and quality
- • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving execution
