- • Senior Performance Insights Specialist role focused on building and operationalizing KPI tracking across key business functions at iDeals Solutions Group Limited, a global B2B SaaS company trusted by over 2 million users from 300,000 companies worldwide.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning performance measurement infrastructure, creating and improving scorecards and dashboards in Google Sheets, working with large datasets to validate calculations and troubleshoot data quality, translating business needs into structured tracking solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure KPIs are measured consistently and accurately.

- • The individual will develop deep expertise in business performance measurement, gain experience in scaling KPI systems from scratch, improve analytical and technical skills using SQL, Excel/Sheets, and AI tools, and have opportunities for professional growth through internal mobility, learning budgets, and speaker/writer support.
🎯 Requirements
- • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- • Senior-level experience in BI, analytics, performance reporting, or a similar data-focused function
- • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and structured reporting
- • Solid SQL skills and experience querying databases such as BigQuery or other similar systems
- • Experience building automated data workflows, scheduled reports, or scripted data pipelines (e.g., SQL-based pipelines in BigQuery, Google Apps Script, or similar tooling)
- • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to spot issues, challenge assumptions, and go beyond surface-level insights
