📋 Description

• At ReHire, we are partnering with a renowned global leader in information, analytics, and technology in their search for a Senior Producer, a strategic position within their in-house creative agency.
• We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly technical professional with solid experience leading audiovisual productions from start to finish.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-impact video and audio content for global campaigns, collaborating with creative teams and international stakeholders to create innovative brand experiences.
• Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end production of video and audio projects, developing creative solutions aligned with the brand's global strategy and positioning, producing audiovisual content for multichannel campaigns, and coordinating studio and on-location shoots.
• The Senior Producer will work alongside designers, motion designers, copywriters, and creative teams, collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into high-impact content, and incorporate Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize creative and production processes.
• The role involves supervising pre-production, production, and post-production processes, ensuring high quality standards, managing external vendors and assisting in the administration of production resources, and staying updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in audiovisual production.
• The Senior Producer will manage multiple projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines and priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in audiovisual production, television, film, or creative agencies.
• A demonstrable portfolio showcasing high-quality audiovisual projects.
• Degree in Film, Communications, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, or a related field.
