📋 Description

• • As a Senior Product Analyst on the Growth & LTV team at Babylist, you will own the analytics that help the company understand and grow its long-term relationship with families, focusing on Account Foundations and program analytics for newer businesses like Money, Health, and Education.
• • Day to day, you will define success metrics, build KPI frameworks from scratch, audit and shape event tracking, run experiments that inform product direction, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional leads to bring clarity when data is messy or incomplete.
• • Babylist is a remote-first company with team members across the U.S. and Canada, serving over 9 million annual shoppers and reshaping the $320 billion baby product industry through its registry, e-commerce, and content platform, with over $1 billion in annual GMV and more than $500 million in 2024 revenue.
• • In this high-autonomy role, you will operate in ambiguous, cross-functional problem spaces, connect product behavior to revenue and cost drivers, leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, and contribute to raising the bar on analytical rigor across the Data organization while shaping how AI is used in day-to-day analytics work.
