- • Senior Product Analyst at Relatio (part of Skelar AS) will define how product and marketing decisions are made, serving as an analytical partner to drive data-informed growth across the user journey from acquisition to retention and monetization.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and evolving end-to-end product and marketing analytics, leading A/B testing as a systematic process (hypothesis → design → analysis → implementation), analyzing user behavior, funnel effectiveness, and product-marketing intersections (creatives, quizzes, paywalls, retention), implementing monitoring and alerting systems for key metrics (activation, D0 cancel, retention, LTV), acting as a thought partner to CPO/Head of Marketing by shaping critical questions, and mentoring product and marketing teams on analytics best practices and data interpretation.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in scaling analytics functions within a high-growth subscription-based product, influence strategic decisions with measurable impact, and grow into a leadership position by driving analytical culture and owning the analytics lifecycle from insight to action.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in product or data analytics at Senior/Lead level
- • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- • Deep understanding of A/B testing, statistics, and causal inference
- • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- • Experience building analytics systems, dashboards, and metric monitoring
- • Ability to translate data into actionable decisions, not just reporting
- • Strong communication skills to influence product teams and senior leadership
