- • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a wide array of strategic marketing activities. Your day-to-day will involve meticulously tracking platform architecture trends, competitive positioning, and market signals to ensure Ping Identity's platform narrative is not only compelling but also distinctly differentiated. A key aspect of your work will be collaborating closely with the pricing and packaging product team, providing expert advice on how to best package and present the company's solutions to the market in a manner that is simple, convenient, and highly effective for customers. You will also take ownership of refining and maintaining the architecture that clearly maps the connections between the Ping Identity platform, its various capabilities, individual products, and overarching solutions, ensuring a cohesive and understandable framework. A significant responsibility will be owning and evolving the official platform graphic, ensuring it accurately reflects the capability taxonomy, messaging, and market demands, while also being visually impactful and engaging. You will develop a deep expertise in the functionality of the core capabilities that comprise the Ping Identity Platform, taking ownership of the messaging and associated assets for these areas, and ensuring that capability pages, datasheets, and other collateral remain current and relevant. Furthermore, you will be the primary owner of the messaging for the platform and its various components, dictating how this messaging is translated across key web pages and external marketing assets, from high-level overviews to detailed breakdowns of deployment models. You will act as a strong advocate for the platform's positioning, both internally and externally, supporting field events, conferences, and other go-to-market initiatives with clear and persuasive communication. Your platform-level perspective will be invaluable in supporting the broader Product and Solutions Marketing (PSM) team, ensuring that their specialized focus areas align with your overarching platform vision and messaging. Finally, you will be tasked with measuring, optimizing, and tying platform-level KPIs to tangible business results, meticulously planning and leveraging these metrics to gain a clear view of the platform positioning's influence on pipeline generation, win rates, and other critical business outcomes, identifying and adjusting the levers that drive success.
