- • As a Senior Product Manager at Humana Inc., you will conceive, develop, and manage products for customer use, with a focus on clinical care management and technology solutions, playing a critical role in translating vision into scalable technology solutions that enhance enterprise strategy and operational reliability.
- • Day to day, you will lead transformation efforts, align technology roadmaps with enterprise and clinical goals, manage cross-platform delivery across clinical care management platforms, telephony, data systems, and enterprise architecture, partner with Agile teams, mentor product owners and analysts, prepare status reports, and proactively manage risks and system changes.
- • You will join a mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to improving health outcomes for millions through insurance and CenterWell services, working in a collaborative environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and operational thoughtfulness.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare product strategy, cross-functional leadership, and technology integration, while gaining experience in governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment at scale, positioning you for greater impact in healthcare innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of Product Management or Health Informatics experience or a bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Health Informatics, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
- • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel, including the ability to perform complex functions
- • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in both written and oral formats
