- • Lead the development and scaling of Jerry.ai’s Agentic AI platform, shaping how LLMs, agents, and automation redefine the car ownership experience for over 5 million customers.
- • Own end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven customer experiences, from roadmap to rollout, working directly with engineering and OpenAI partners to pioneer new model capabilities.
- • Serve as the technical translator between engineering and business teams, establishing AI best practices, prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and platform standards.
- • Drive measurable improvements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through rigorous experimentation and data-informed decision making.
- • Join a profitable, pre-IPO startup with $240M in funding, a flat org chart, and direct reporting to the COO—offering accelerated career growth and high-impact ownership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar at a fast-paced startup.
- • Deep passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent-based workflows.
- • Proven track record of turning complex, strategic AI concepts into scalable, production-grade products.
- • Comfort with SQL and data analysis to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements.
- • Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and lead by example in implementing AI platform standards.
