- • Develop and execute the overall business strategy for clients' software products, ensuring their success and growth.
- • Work closely with clients to strategically advise them and build solutions to help them solve business problems and propel their business forward.
- • Partner with global delivery teams (Engineering and Program Management) and the Client Services team to support pre-sales efforts, consult with clients on business challenges, deliver best of breed products using Agile practices, and drive growth.
- • Own the Customer Data Platform (CDP) ecosystem roadmap, encompassing internal product development and the strategic onboarding roadmaps for new businesses.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing strategic guidance to help them achieve success.
- • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
- • Work closely with the Product Management team to align on product vision, goals, and strategies, and ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- • Develop and manage product roadmaps, including defining product requirements, creating product backlogs, and prioritizing features.
- • Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, and provide guidance on product development and testing.
- • Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and release plans.
- • Analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions, and develop and implement metrics to measure product success.
- • Collaborate with the Client Services team to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients, and provide guidance on product adoption and usage.
- • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Program Management, and Client Services teams.
- • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on software products and customer data platforms.
- • Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving business growth.
- • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions.
