📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager – Standards & Wellness at Versaterm Inc., you will shape the strategic direction of a public safety solutions ecosystem focused on standards accountability and first responder wellness, directly contributing to community trust and operational excellence.
• You will define product vision, lead strategic planning, build and maintain development and executive roadmaps, establish pricing and go-to-market strategies, and drive feature prioritization based on user value, effort, and market impact.
• You will collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, finance, legal, and leadership teams, while engaging customers and partners to gather feedback, deliver demos, and act as a product evangelist across the organization.
• You will analyze product performance through sales, renewals, financials, feature adoption, and user satisfaction data, run MVPs and pilots to validate assumptions, and continuously improve the product based on market and competitor research.
• You will oversee the full product lifecycle, leverage Agile frameworks and AI-centric development practices, and ensure compliance with CJIS security requirements through background checks and ongoing verification.
• You will have the opportunity to grow as a strategic leader in public safety technology, influence cross-functional outcomes, and build expertise in modernizing legacy systems to cloud-based architectures while driving measurable impact on community safety and trust.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, CSPO) are a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of product management experience within a software organization.
• Proven experience with pricing strategies, business cases, P&L management, and go-to-market strategy execution.
• Experience overseeing the full product development lifecycle and establishing value propositions and product messaging.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and AI-centric development (including Claude Code).
• Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
