- • Constructor Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Senior Product Marketing Director to spearhead the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the company's groundbreaking search and product discovery platform, a leader in the enterprise e-commerce space.
- • This pivotal role involves establishing and scaling the Product Marketing function at Constructor, taking ownership of the company's product positioning, messaging architecture, launch strategies, and competitive intelligence.
- • Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Customer Success, Growth Marketing, and Executive Leadership to effectively communicate the unique advantages of Constructor's platform to e-commerce retailers.
- • Constructor offers a powerful and comprehensive platform with a rapid pace of feature and product releases, catering to diverse user segments within e-commerce. The ideal candidate will bring clarity and precision to this complexity, adeptly defining and articulating the differentiated value of each product and capability, ensuring both customers and prospects fully grasp the extensive value proposition.

- • You will partner closely with Product leaders to orchestrate successful launches of new products, add-ons, and features, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
- • Collaboration with the content marketing team will be crucial for developing thought leadership content that elevates Constructor's brand and expertise.
- • You will work with the growth marketing team to drive pipeline generation and create compelling product content that resonates with target audiences.
- • Close partnership with the Sales team is essential to ensure they are fully enabled with the necessary narratives, tools, and content for key launches and competitive positioning.
- • For every feature or product launch, you will collaborate with the Product team to develop a comprehensive "bill of materials" that includes value propositions, target personas, objection handling strategies, competitive analysis, and more.
- • A core responsibility will be to define and continuously evolve clear, differentiated positioning for Constructor's entire platform, individual products, and key features, ensuring a consistent and compelling message across all touchpoints.
- • You will translate complex product capabilities into accessible, customer-centric language that highlights tangible outcomes and demonstrable value, making the technology understandable and desirable.
- • Building and maintaining scalable messaging frameworks will be key to ensuring consistency across marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams.
- • You will be instrumental in creating educational content, including thought leadership pieces, blog posts, tutorials, and videos, to support strategic initiatives and enhance market understanding.
- • A significant part of your role will involve collaborating with the content and growth marketing teams on the creation of impactful customer stories and case studies that showcase real-world success.
- • You will equip the Sales team with compelling narratives, effective tools, and essential content to secure wins against competitors.
- • Leading and orchestrating product launches from initial strategy development through to flawless execution will be a primary focus, ensuring launches are crisp, focused, and effectively received by customers.
- • You will partner closely with Product Management to communicate roadmap developments and contribute to prioritization discussions, ensuring market needs are reflected in product strategy.
- • Proactively identifying gaps in current capabilities and building out the necessary functions and processes to address them will be a critical aspect of this role.
- • You will serve as the internal "voice of the customer" and the market, bringing deep insights and understanding to inform strategic decisions.
- • Driving a profound understanding of buyer personas, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), industry trends, specific use cases, and key buying triggers will be essential for effective GTM strategies.
- • Owning competitive intelligence and developing strategic positioning against competitors will be a core function, ensuring Constructor maintains its market leadership.
- • You will be responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
