  • • Own end-to-end product launch strategy across PR, content, events, paid media, ABM, and sales channels, ensuring all functions align on a unified campaign for every release
  • • Define and evolve Latent AI’s core positioning and messaging house, translating product capabilities into compelling category narratives that resonate with CPOs, CFOs, CIOs, and frontline clinical managers
  • • Build and maintain a dynamic sales-enablement library including pitch decks, persona-specific talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and competitive battle cards that reps actively use in customer conversations
  • • Run regular pitch reviews and field-sync rituals with sales teams to ensure messaging remains sharp, relevant, and consistently deployed across all customer touchpoints
  • • Design and execute a partner co-marketing playbook with technology and channel partners, coordinating joint case studies, co-branded webinars, sponsored content, and pipeline-driving initiatives in partnership with the Director of Growth
  • • Lead analyst relations strategy by briefing top-tier firms including Gartner, Forrester, KLAS, and Advisory Board to secure inclusion on buyer decision maps and influence procurement criteria
  • • Manage external PR agency to secure tier-1 trade press and business media placements in publications read by healthcare decision-makers, ensuring Latent is consistently quoted as a category leader
  • • Craft and own the narrative arc for all major industry events, partnering with customer marketing to integrate authentic customer voices and ensure every booth, stage, and session reinforces a unified message
  • • Translate product roadmap milestones into timed, high-impact launch beats that synchronize across product development, sales enablement, partner ecosystems, and media outreach
  • • Operate as the connective tissue between product, sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success teams to ensure messaging consistency and market alignment across all go-to-market functions
  • • Leverage AI-native workflows to accelerate content production, narrative testing, and campaign execution, redefining product marketing efficiency in a high-velocity, low-headcount environment
  • • Continuously refine positioning through leadership workshops when product direction or market dynamics shift, ensuring Latent’s narrative remains ahead of industry trends
  • • Drive measurable impact by ensuring every launch generates PR coverage, partner pipeline, analyst recognition, and sales adoption — with positioning that customers, partners, and analysts repeat back organically

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing within tech, ideally in regulated or healthcare-adjacent industries
  • • Proven track record of owning end-to-end product launches across narrative, sales enablement, PR, partner marketing, and analyst relations
  • • Strong narrative instincts with ability to craft compelling, buyer-specific stories that scale across executive and frontline personas
  • • Experience building and maintaining a sales-enablement library that sales teams actually use in real customer interactions
  • • Demonstrated success in analyst relations and securing placements in trade press (Gartner, Forrester, KLAS, etc.)
  • • Active, hands-on user of AI tools to accelerate marketing execution and reduce cycle times
