You will work hand-in-hand with our go-to-market teams to conduct thorough research into buyer needs, preferences, and pain points related to patient communication tools. - • You will be responsible for translating Artera's market strategy into tangible actions. This includes developing and executing comprehensive campaigns that highlight the platform's capabilities and drive customer adoption. Your work will directly impact platform growth and revenue by ensuring that our offerings effectively address customer pain points through high-value use cases. This strategic alignment will inform pricing, packaging, and feature adoption strategies, optimizing the platform's market performance.
- • A core responsibility is conducting in-depth buyer and patient research. This research will be the foundation for refining platform messaging, developing richer persona insights, and identifying high-impact opportunities to increase customer engagement and retention. Understanding the nuances of the healthcare market and the patient journey is paramount to Artera's success.
- • To empower our customer-facing teams, you will develop standardized sales tools, ensure consistent platform messaging across all communications, and provide actionable insights into buyer evaluation criteria. This enablement will streamline the purchasing process for prospects and equip our sales and customer success teams with the knowledge and resources they need to effectively articulate Artera's value.

You will need to balance shifting priorities while keeping the overarching business goals and ambitious departmental objectives in sight. Your product acumen will be essential, enabling you to quickly learn new products and evaluate them from a market perspective, identifying their strengths and potential competitive advantages.
- • The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be a key contributor to Artera's mission of making healthcare 1 in customer service. By effectively communicating the value of our AI-powered virtual agents, you will help healthcare organizations improve patient access, streamline operations, and enhance the overall patient experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketer to make a significant impact in the rapidly evolving digital health landscape and leave a lasting mark on a rapidly growing, award-winning company.
