- • Serve as the primary market intelligence engine for DailyPay’s B2B products, translating competitive intelligence, technical buyer insights, and market whitespace into actionable strategies that inform product roadmap prioritization and go-to-market execution.
- • Own end-to-end market and competitive research, analyzing competitor positioning, technical differentiators, and enterprise buyer trends to deliver synthesized insights that directly shape product investment decisions.
- • Define and refine buyer personas for both technical and non-technical stakeholders in enterprise B2B SaaS and FinTech environments, identifying core goals, pain points, and buying criteria to inform messaging and sales enablement.
- • Partner closely with Product Management to develop launch positioning, messaging frameworks, and value narratives for new platform capabilities, ensuring DailyPay’s technical differentiation is clearly articulated to enterprise buyers and internal teams.
- • Build data-backed business cases that include market sizing, competitive gap analysis, and buyer ROI modeling to drive internal alignment on platform investments and establish product-market fit.
- • Develop and deliver sales enablement tools—including battle cards, competitive battle guides, and product differentiators—that empower field teams to win complex, multi-stakeholder deals against sophisticated competitors.
- • Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering and Product teams in the NYC headquarters to translate market realities into product requirements and GTM strategies, bridging the gap between external buyer needs and internal development priorities.
- • Act as the “Voice of the Market” across the organization, ensuring that all product and marketing initiatives are grounded in real-world buyer behavior, enterprise procurement dynamics, and FinTech industry evolution.
- • Lead the development of inbound GTM strategies that align with the Discovery and Product-Market Fit phases of the product lifecycle, ensuring messaging and positioning resonate with enterprise decision-makers and procurement stakeholders.
- • Translate complex technical platform integrations and features into clear, compelling narratives that communicate value to non-technical buyers while maintaining accuracy and depth for technical evaluators.
- • Drive internal education and alignment on market trends and competitive threats through regular briefings, presentations, and documentation that serve as trusted resources for Sales, Product, and Executive leadership.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of the earned wage access (EWA) market landscape, including regulatory developments, emerging competitors, and enterprise employer adoption drivers, to ensure DailyPay’s positioning remains ahead of market shifts.
- • Work in a hybrid model with consistent in-office collaboration in New York City to foster high-energy, cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Enablement teams.
- • Influence product strategy not through authority, but through evidence-based commercial narratives that demonstrate market demand, competitive vulnerability, and customer ROI.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in highly technical B2B SaaS or FinTech products
- • Proven track record of developing positioning, messaging, and competitive intelligence frameworks in B2B SaaS or FinTech
- • High technical literacy; comfortable analyzing technical documentation, platform integrations, and product APIs
- • Proven ability to influence product leaders and cross-functional teams using market evidence and commercial narrative
- • Experience navigating the Discovery and Product-Market Fit phases of the product lifecycle in B2B SaaS or FinTech
- • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with consistent on-site collaboration in NYC
