- • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for DailyPay’s Card products, from product inception through steady-state launch, collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
- • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to uncover customer pain points, behaviors, and market trends, using insights to shape product strategy, refine messaging, and validate value propositions for target personas.
- • Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging applicable across all customer touchpoints—from awareness and acquisition to sales, support, and retention.
- • Drive commercial innovation by optimizing pricing models, packaging structures, and reward programs for existing and new card products within a competitive financial services market.
- • Analyze product funnel performance to identify friction points and opportunities for improving adoption, engagement, and revenue growth, translating data into actionable marketing and product initiatives.
- • Partner with Enablement teams to equip sales representatives and client success managers with the tools, training, and messaging needed to effectively sell and grow card product portfolios.
- • Own feedback loops from sales and success teams to continuously improve enablement content, training materials, and product messaging based on real-world customer interactions.
- • Spearhead the launch of new card features and "big bet" products, aligning cross-functional stakeholders around timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
- • Translate complex financial product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with everyday consumers and drive behavioral change.
- • Leverage data-driven decision-making to inform marketing strategies, prioritize initiatives, and measure the impact of campaigns and product updates.
- • Work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment requiring adaptability, strategic thinking, and executional precision—balancing long-term vision with immediate tactical needs.
- • Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent brand voice, messaging alignment, and customer experience across all product interactions.
- • Contribute to the expansion of DailyPay’s financial product suite designed to help millions of workers manage finances and plan for long-term financial well-being.
- • Maintain deep awareness of competitive dynamics in the consumer debit and credit card market, including reward structures, fee models, and user incentives.
- • Communicate complex ideas with exceptional clarity through written, verbal, and visual formats to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of Product Marketing or Management Consulting experience
- • Proven success leading the end-to-end launch of a new product, from inception to steady-state
- • Experience in consumer debit and credit cards, including optimizing rewards programs and spending incentives in the competitive card market
- • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- • Experience using data to drive decision making
- • Flexibility to learn on an accelerated curve and adapt quickly to changing needs
