- • This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will spearhead the go-to-market strategy for our fund administration technology and services. This area represents one of the fastest-growing and most strategically vital segments of our business.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the private markets landscape, particularly the operational challenges faced by CFOs, fund controllers, and finance teams involved in fund administration. You will be adept at translating complex product and service capabilities into compelling messaging that drives sales and encourages user adoption.
- • A key aspect of this role involves leveraging AI. You should be as comfortable using AI to enhance your own work as you are bringing AI-powered solutions to market. Juniper Square is making substantial investments in AI across its platform, and this position will be instrumental in introducing these innovations to our customers and equipping our internal teams with the knowledge to sell and support them effectively.
- • You will act as the primary advocate for the customer's voice within Juniper Square and serve as Juniper Square's authoritative voice in the market. This role reports directly to the Head of Product Marketing.
- • *Key Responsibilities:**
- • **Go-to-Market Execution:** You will own the complete launch strategy for new fund administration products and features. This encompasses defining positioning and messaging, developing comprehensive enablement programs, and executing market activation plans. Your objective is to establish and refine repeatable GTM frameworks that are scalable and effective for launches of all sizes, from major product announcements to routine quarterly releases.
- • **Positioning and Messaging Development:** Craft distinct, insight-driven messaging for Juniper Square's fund administration technology and services. This will be grounded in a thorough understanding of the specific needs of CFOs, fund controllers, and finance operations teams across all their functions, including investor services, accounting, treasury, compliance, and loan operations. You will excel at articulating product capabilities in terms of tangible customer value and identifying product opportunities based on customer pain points.
- • **AI Go-to-Market and Enablement Leadership:** Lead the commercial strategy for Juniper Square's AI capabilities within fund administration, including JunieAI and other related innovations. Develop positioning that clearly communicates not only the functionality of the technology but also its transformative impact on team workflows. Collaborate closely with enablement teams to prepare sales and customer success professionals for credible and informed discussions about AI, addressing both the potential benefits and customer concerns. Proactively monitor and understand how AI is reshaping private markets operations to ensure Juniper Square consistently leads the conversation.
- • **Pipeline and Revenue Impact:** Partner with marketing and sales teams to generate high-impact content that accelerates conversion rates and supports active sales pursuits. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving pipeline growth, upsell opportunities, and cross-sell velocity across our GP experience and fund administration product suite. You will maintain a cohesive narrative around quarterly releases to ensure continuous engagement with prospects and customers throughout their lifecycle.
- • **Customer and Market Intelligence:** Act as the crucial voice of the customer within the product and marketing organizations. Conduct continuous research with CFOs, fund controllers, treasury, compliance, finance, and operations teams to identify unmet needs, validate product positioning, and ensure strong product-market fit prior to launch. Monitor evolving market trends, such as changes in LP reporting standards, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes, and translate these insights into actionable GTM strategies.
- • **Sales and Customer Success Enablement:** Develop and maintain essential content, tools, and resources that empower sales and customer success teams to effectively articulate value propositions, overcome objections, and close deals. This includes close collaboration on competitive intelligence, persona development, battle cards, demo scripts, and launch readiness programs to guarantee the success of every product introduction.
