- • Serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for Deel’s Payroll product vertical and related product lines.
- • Collaborate directly with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to align messaging, positioning, and launch plans with business objectives and market needs.
- • Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature enhancements, and international market expansions, ensuring cross-functional execution and measurable impact.
- • Conduct market and customer research to analyze user needs, competitive dynamics, and industry trends, translating insights into actionable product positioning and messaging strategies.
- • Create and maintain clear, compelling, and consistent messaging for target audiences across all customer-facing materials including website content, sales collateral, presentations, and demo scripts.
- • Design and deliver sales enablement tools, training programs, and learning resources to equip sales teams with the knowledge and materials needed to articulate Deel’s payroll value proposition effectively.
- • Partner with the Customer Marketing team to integrate customer insights, feedback, and success stories into product marketing strategies and to amplify customer advocacy.
- • Lead key components of product launch campaigns, coordinating with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure timely, cohesive, and high-impact market rollouts.
- • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and performance metrics for all product marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and optimize outcomes.
- • Represent Deel at industry events, webinars, and marketing programs, contributing to thought leadership through blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and keynote presentations.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global payroll regulations, workforce trends, and SaaS market dynamics to ensure product messaging remains accurate, relevant, and differentiated.
- • Influence stakeholders across departments without direct authority to drive alignment, prioritize initiatives, and secure buy-in for product marketing priorities.
- • Leverage marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance and inform decision-making.
- • Adapt messaging and tactics to regional markets and diverse customer segments across 150+ countries, ensuring cultural and regulatory relevance in global go-to-market efforts.
- • Continuously refine product narratives based on real-world customer adoption patterns, feedback loops, and competitive intelligence.
- • Support the scaling of Deel’s payroll business by aligning marketing strategy with the company’s vision to enable a global, inclusive, and compliant future of work.
- • Maintain a high standard of communication clarity and precision across all deliverables to ensure consistency in brand voice and product understanding across global teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology industries
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex SaaS products
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
- • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a track record of crafting compelling messaging and sales enablement content
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product, sales, and customer success teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
