  • • As a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager, you will be the architect of our solution positioning, messaging, and narrative clarity for key areas aligned with our Identity Security and AI strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to distill intricate IT and security challenges into clear, persuasive stories that resonate with our target audience, guiding them through the buyer's journey and empowering our sales teams to succeed.
  • • You will own the clarity, differentiation, and consistency of our solution narratives across critical domains such as SaaS Sprawl, Zero Trust, Enterprise Vaulting, and Privileged Access Management. This role is pivotal in defining how identity security, privileged access, and credential management evolve in an increasingly continuous, automated, and agent-driven work environment.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work hand-in-hand with Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, Demand Generation, and GTM Enablement teams to ensure our solutions are presented with a unified voice across all marketing campaigns, content assets, and sales motions. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our go-to-market strategies.
  • • Success in this role is measured by your ability to deliver clear differentiation, demonstrate deep market fluency, and craft high-impact solution storytelling that scales effectively across the entire buyer funnel. You will be instrumental in articulating how 1Password stands apart from legacy identity and access solutions and competitive alternatives.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass:
  • • **Solutions Marketing Strategy and Narrative Leadership:** Crafting and owning solution narratives tailored to diverse buyer and influencer personas, including security leaders, IT administrators, developers, and other technical stakeholders. This involves translating market problems, customer pain points, and product capabilities into distinct positioning, messaging frameworks, and compelling proof points.
  • • **Solution Activation and Cross-Functional Execution:** Partnering closely with Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, Demand Generation, and GTM Enablement to execute and activate these solution narratives across various channels, including campaigns, web experiences, content, and sales enablement materials. You will also support analyst-facing narratives in collaboration with Analyst Relations, ensuring consistent positioning in research, briefings, and reports.
  • • **Content Strategy and Development:** Leading the strategy and delivery of solution-focused content across multiple formats and levels of detail. This includes web content, long-form assets, thought leadership pieces, and sales enablement materials. You will ensure this content effectively supports pipeline progression, accelerates deal cycles, and enhances sales effectiveness, with a strong emphasis on differentiation and credibility.
  • • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Building and nurturing strong, trusted partnerships with Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, Sales, GTM Enablement, Customer Success, and Analyst Relations teams. You will align solution messaging with product roadmaps, campaign priorities, and sales motions to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution and serve as the primary solutions marketing point of contact for cross-functional initiatives requiring narrative clarity.
  • • **Research, Insights, and Optimization:** Conducting ongoing market and customer research, including customer interviews, competitive analysis, win-loss analysis, and sales feedback loops, to continuously inform and refine your narratives and content strategy. You will leverage performance data to optimize messaging and improve content effectiveness over time, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators related to content engagement, funnel progression, and pipeline influence.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years of experience in Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, or related roles within B2B SaaS, security, or adjacent technical categories.
  • • Experience marketing products or platforms in one or more of the following domains: IAM, PAM, secrets management, endpoint security, cloud security, or developer platforms. Experience with AI-driven or AI-adjacent solutions is highly desirable.
  • • Exceptional writing skills, with a proven ability to produce compelling, high-quality content across multiple formats and altitudes, including web, long-form narrative, thought leadership, and sales enablement.
  • • Strong experience partnering with campaign, demand gen, and content teams to influence and deliver Middle-of-Funnel (MOFU) and Bottom-of-Funnel (BOFU) programs and assets.
