- • In this role, you will be instrumental in creating and executing impactful Go-To-Market programs that clearly articulate the value proposition of Grafana Labs and its products. Your primary objective will be to demonstrate how our innovative products and open-source strategy empower prospects and customers to achieve their most critical goals.
- • You will own the messaging and positioning for key personas and product areas, working hand-in-hand with Product Management and Sales Enablement teams to ensure buyers understand our value and sellers are equipped to articulate it effectively. Unlike traditional marketing roles, Product Marketing at Grafana Labs is embedded within the Product organization, allowing us to influence product strategy and drive growth more directly.
- • We are redefining product marketing by empowering PMMs to not only execute launches but also to educate Product Managers and Engineers on growth and demand generation strategies. You will be responsible for codifying product marketing knowledge into accessible tools and processes that benefit the entire organization.
- • This position demands a blend of strategic thinking, meticulous planning, and hands-on tactical execution. You will be expected to contribute to various content formats, including blog posts, webinar outlines, and video scripts, ensuring our message resonates across all channels.
- • Key responsibilities include actively partnering with Product Managers to define product value, craft compelling messaging, and develop robust go-to-market strategies, from competitive positioning to comprehensive sales enablement collateral.
- • You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and various go-to-market functions to create essential resources such as reference architectures, implementation guides, and detailed product information that facilitate customer evaluation and adoption.
- • You will take ownership of launching new products and features, ensuring they are effectively introduced to our target buyers and achieve market success.
- • A crucial part of your role will involve conducting in-depth internal and customer research to gain a deep understanding of pain points, competitive landscapes, and emerging market opportunities.
- • You will be a key educator for our go-to-market and sales teams, translating product capabilities into tangible value. This includes delivering training, developing enablement materials, and ensuring customer-facing teams are adept at engaging with customers, partners, and prospects.
- • You will also own customer lifecycle campaigns, focusing on competitive positioning, retention strategies, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives to strategically shape marketing programs and drive sustained growth throughout the customer journey.
- • This role requires a proactive approach, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to drive complex projects from inception to completion with efficiency and impact.
- • You will leverage your exceptional writing and communication skills to craft clear, concise, and persuasive content that resonates with both technical and business audiences.
- • A high 'say-do' ratio is essential, demonstrating your commitment to delivering tangible results and making a significant contribution to Grafana Labs' success.
- • This is a remote position, and we are seeking candidates located in the USA within the EST/CST time zones.
