- • As the Senior Program Manager, you will be the central organizing force responsible for overseeing multiple programs of critical strategic importance. Your primary objective will be to ensure all programs are meticulously planned, executed, and delivered on time, while fostering seamless collaboration among team members. You will be instrumental in bringing together deliverables from various cross-functional teams to create best-in-class solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations, ultimately delivering outstanding experiences for our end users. This role demands a proactive approach to gathering requirements, developing comprehensive roadmaps, and defining robust processes essential for the successful delivery of complex, high-impact solutions.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Collaborate closely with Executives and partner with leaders across the organization to identify and champion programs that directly support and accelerate MINDBODY's ambitious growth strategies. This involves understanding strategic objectives and translating them into actionable program initiatives.
- • Forge strong partnerships across various departments and functions to ensure the successful implementation and consistent delivery of programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of different groups. You will be adept at balancing the need for creative solutions with the importance of consistency and the specific requirements of various leaders and teams.
- • Conduct thorough needs analyses, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to design effective measurement strategies, evaluate program objectives, and precisely define scope to ensure successful execution and delivery of all planned outcomes.
- • Maintain transparent and proactive communication with leadership, providing timely updates on program status, potential issues, challenges, and their impact on critical program deadlines. This includes presenting clear and concise information to facilitate informed decision-making.
- • Develop detailed scopes of work for targeted programs, ensuring clarity on objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. This forms the foundational document for program execution.
- • Create, manage, and meticulously track comprehensive schedules, budgets, and key activities for all assigned programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and resource availability.
- • Conceive and implement innovative and creative approaches to effectively solve identified challenges and achieve desired program outcomes. This requires a forward-thinking mindset and a willingness to explore new methodologies.
- • Serve as a key decision-maker for routine operational and process-related questions that arise during the lifecycle of ongoing programs. You will also be responsible for escalating complex or problematic areas to management with a sense of urgency, providing well-thought-out recommendations for resolution.
- • Lead the comprehensive planning, execution, marketing, and communication efforts for all programs under your purview, ensuring alignment and buy-in from all stakeholders.
- • Proactively identify potential risks, effectively manage interdependencies between different program components and teams, and escalate critical issues to management in a timely manner, complete with well-defined mitigation plans.
- • Actively participate in strategic planning and road mapping activities, assessing the potential impact of new initiatives on other cross-functional programs and ensuring coordinated efforts.
- • Demonstrate exceptional ability to prioritize deliverables effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment characterized by multiple, often conflicting, priorities. This requires strong organizational and time management skills.
- • Identify existing gaps in current processes and proactively recommend and drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall program delivery.
- • Actively expose and remove impediments that hinder project success, ensuring smooth progress and timely completion of milestones.
- • Manage a diverse portfolio of multiple programs, potentially spanning various stages of development from initiation to completion, ensuring each receives the necessary attention and oversight.
- • Own the analytics and reporting for the product development program, diligently monitoring progress, identifying key performance indicators, and driving data-informed improvements.
- • Swiftly identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and program issues with efficiency and effectiveness, minimizing disruption and maintaining momentum.
- • Perform all other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to supporting the team and business objectives.
