📋 Description
- • The Senior Program Manager at Iron Mountain is responsible for delivering large, high-impact technology initiatives while tracking projects led by Project Managers worldwide, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals and driving successful outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing complex enterprise-level technology programs, integrating stakeholder inputs to manage scope, schedule, and budget, managing financial performance, creating program-level schedules, tracking performance via KPIs, identifying and mitigating risks, leading and mentoring project managers, improving EPMO efficiency, leading resource planning, communicating with executive leadership, designing PMO governance frameworks, orchestrating software product GTM strategy, and leading Program Increment planning for synchronized release cycles.
- • Iron Mountain provides expert, sustainable solutions in records and information management, digital transformation, data centers, asset lifecycle management, and fine art storage, serving 225,000 global customers with a focus on preserving artifacts, extracting value from inventory, and protecting data privacy in socially responsible ways.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise program management, strengthen leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, deepen knowledge of SDLC and agile practices, gain experience in GTM strategy execution, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance global program delivery effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree
- • Minimum of 8 years of Senior Project and Program management experience in a matrix and multi-project environment
- • Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification is preferred
- • Deep technology experience and knowledge of SDLC and agile practices
- • Proven GTM experience
- • Proven Senior Program Management leader experienced in managing a geographically dispersed team of employees and external contractors
