- • As a Senior Programmatic Manager at Jellyfish, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of major client accounts within a rapidly expanding programmatic advertising division, leveraging your expertise to optimize campaign performance and shape data-driven media strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
- • You will report to the Senior Programmatic Manager in the US and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, mentor junior talent, and influence advertiser investment decisions across global markets, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor in the digital marketing ecosystem.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- • Optimizing campaign performance across programmatic platforms by refining bidding strategies, targeting parameters, and creative approaches to maximize ROI and meet client KPIs.
- • Developing actionable insights from campaign data, attribution modeling, and third-party analytics to inform client media strategies and improve future campaign planning.
- • Partnering with the Business Development team to craft compelling programmatic solutions for prospective clients, including proposal development, pitch support, and solution design.
- • Managing client communication through written reports, phone calls, and in-person meetings to ensure transparency, alignment, and satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- • Collaborating with creative, analytics, and media planning teams to build holistic advertiser solutions that integrate programmatic with other digital channels for cohesive brand storytelling.
- • Interpreting attribution models and third-party analytics data to assess channel effectiveness, allocate budgets efficiently, and justify media investment decisions.
- • Engaging in deal economics discussions, media allocation planning, and advising on advertiser investment levels based on performance forecasts and market trends.
- • Mentoring and educating junior programmatic specialists as the team scales, sharing best practices in platform usage, data analysis, and campaign optimization techniques.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in display and programmatic advertising within an agency setting
- • Expert proficiency in DV360, CM360, and Amazon DSP platforms
- • Advanced Excel skills with experience in macros and SQL for data analysis and reporting
