📋 Description

• • As a Senior Revenue Insights Analyst at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will be embedded within the Revenue organization to provide real-time, actionable intelligence that drives GTM strategy and performance. You won’t just report data — you’ll interpret it, anticipate trends, and surface insights before decisions are made, ensuring leadership acts on forward-looking signals rather than lagging indicators.
• • Day to day, you will own revenue intelligence by continuously monitoring GTM, pipeline, and revenue metrics; identifying anomalies and cohort trends; interpreting underperformance in segments with clear hypotheses and recommendations; building lightweight, high-signal outputs for timely decision-making; participating in pipeline reviews to develop deep contextual understanding of comp structures and sales motions; partnering with the Data team to focus on revenue-specific analysis while they manage infrastructure; and maintaining the KPI framework by owning metric definitions and ensuring consistency across leadership reporting.
