- • As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst focused on New Business at ShareGate, you will design, optimize, and scale the acquisition engine to support the company’s evolution into a multi-product platform, ensuring pipeline quality, conversion efficiency, and forecast predictability align with growth ambitions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining full-funnel visibility from Lead to Closed Won, implementing lead scoring and lifecycle automation in HubSpot, developing predictive indicators for deal risk and win probability, reducing manual reporting through automated dashboards, supporting territory planning and CRM governance, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and CX teams to improve pipeline quality and operational handoffs.
- • You will join a Revenue Operations team structured around specialized revenue motions—including Marketing RevOps, Channel RevOps, CX RevOps, Revenue Systems Ops, and CRM Coordination—operating as a unified growth engine with a focus on new business performance and predictability.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-driven revenue operations, advanced funnel analytics, predictive forecasting, and CRM automation, while contributing to a data-centric GTM engineering approach that transforms Revenue Operations from a reporting function into a proactive, scalable growth engine.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, automation, properties, and reporting
- • Experience analyzing funnel metrics and building forecasting models to improve pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy
- • Solid understanding of core SaaS metrics such as ARR, ACV, conversion rates, and pipeline coverage
- • Comfortable working with data models, segmentation logic, and performance analysis to drive operational insights
- • Interest in automation and AI applications in revenue operations, particularly for lead scoring and prioritization
