- • As a Senior Sales Development Representative at Transfr Inc., you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence by building a robust sales pipeline and creating meaningful connections with prospective customers. This role is essential to fueling company growth by serving as the first point of contact and qualifying leads that drive revenue opportunities.
- • Day to day, you will qualify inbound leads, conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and other channels, schedule meetings for the sales team, maintain accurate records in Salesforce, partner with Marketing and Sales on campaigns, research target accounts, and consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline goals.
- • You will join a fast-growing, mission-driven team at Transfr, a company dedicated to creating immersive VR-based career training simulations that help people gain real-world skills and unlock career opportunities. The team values curiosity, resilience, and collaboration in a remote-first environment.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in sales development, CRM management, and pipeline generation while contributing to a high-impact mission. 🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development
- • Experience working in a SaaS environment
- • Proficiency with Salesforce and/or CRM platforms
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet performance targets
