🎯 Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or a comparable qualification, coupled with over 3 years of professional experience in online marketing, specifically in the conception and execution of paid social media campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in managing paid social media campaigns on platforms like Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Manager, with a strong understanding of their respective ad functionalities and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable strategies and reports. Proficiency in data analysis tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and clients. Fluency in German and good command of English are essential.
