- • Senior Software Engineer, Product role at Crosslake Technologies focused on building and maintaining internal tools for technology assessments and client deliverables within the Core Products team.
- • Design, build, and ship full-stack applications from concept to production, owning the full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and iteration while working in small, autonomous engineering pods.
- • Crosslake Technologies supports private equity-backed software and tech-enabled companies by providing a programmatic approach to managing technology value creation throughout the investment lifecycle, emphasizing service, curiosity, credibility, commitment, and creativity.
- • Opportunity to work with modern AI-enabled workflows, contribute to architectural decisions, and rapidly ship reliable, maintainable features while gaining deep experience in AI-assisted development and full-stack ownership in a high-impact, minimal-process environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of software engineering experience
- • Strong full-stack capability (frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure)
- • Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- • Solid understanding of the full SDLC
- • Deep experience with AI coding harnesses and AI-assisted development tools beyond basic code generation
- • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices
