- • Senior Software Engineer, Tooling role focused on building and maintaining internal tools for Crosslake practitioners to manage assessments and deliver client results
- • Design and build full-stack applications from concept to production, own the full SDLC, work within small engineering pods (2–3 engineers) to deliver quickly with high autonomy, contribute to architecture and make pragmatic technical decisions, use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and code quality, iterate rapidly while maintaining reliability and maintainability
- • Part of the Core Products team building tools for Crosslake practitioners; company believes in a programmatic, proactive approach to managing technology throughout the investment lifecycle to support changemakers buying, building, and running better technology
- • Opportunity to ramp quickly and contribute within weeks, ship production-ready features in short cycles, make sound architectural decisions without overbuilding, and effectively use AI tools to meaningfully increase speed and output while working in small teams with high ownership and minimal handoffs
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of software engineering experience
- • Strong full-stack capability (frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure)
- • Deep experience with AI coding harnesses (daily usage) and ability to leverage AI across workflow (prototyping, debugging, test generation, QA, code review, security analysis)
- • Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- • Solid understanding of the full SDLC
- • Comfortable stepping into an architectural role when needed
