Senior Solution Architect

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Solutions Architect at Bullhorn, you will lead the implementation of packaged offerings across multiple product lines or provide expert support on those projects, demonstrating high-level technical and functional competency around the core ATS/CRM platform.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading client-facing technical requirements gathering sessions with sales engineers, acting as the key liaison between business units, technology teams, QA, and support, and working closely with clients and development teams to ensure accurate data transfer and solution alignment.
• • You will analyze client business processes, needs, and strategies to document and validate required functionality, rationalize solutions with appropriate technology, and proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver an incredible customer experience.
