📋 Description

• As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Ketch, Inc., you serve as the frontline subject matter expert for prospective customers and partners, translating complex data privacy and compliance challenges into tailored technical solutions that drive business value.
• Day to day, you will engage with customers to deeply understand their requirements, design and demonstrate Ketch’s Data Permissioning Platform through standard and custom technical demos, frame and quantify solution value, manage enterprise Proofs of Value, and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to close deals.
• Ketch is a remote-first company redefining responsible data use for the AI era, trusted by global brands to manage GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and modern data governance while enabling privacy-safe data activation across systems and third-party applications.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in data privacy regulations and enterprise SaaS solutions, sharpen your ability to bridge technical and business conversations, and become a trusted advisor who influences product direction and sales strategy through customer insights.
