📋 Description
- • As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Pressable, you will own the pre-sales engineering motion to win and onboard the right customers, partnering directly with the VP to define and codify the technical sales process.
- • You will partner with Account Executives and Agency Partners to qualify opportunities, architect solutions, build confidence through demonstrations and migration planning, and ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success teams.
- • You will lead technical discovery, design migration plans for complex WordPress sites, run performance benchmarks, and create reusable assets to scale the pre-sales process.
- • You will represent Pressable in the WordPress community, feed insights to Product and Engineering, and drive AI-powered innovations in hosting workflows.
- • You will translate technical findings into business value, influence executive stakeholders, and ensure clean handoffs to TAM teams post-close.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in solutions engineering or technical pre-sales within web hosting or CMS ecosystems
- • 2+ years of WordPress development experience (required)
- • 5+ years of overall experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting (preferred)
- • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • In-depth knowledge of WordPress and managed hosting, with ability to articulate advantages of WP Cloud
