📋 Description

• As a Senior Sports Analyst at BetMGM Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across the sports betting business, directly influencing pricing, promotions, VIP strategies, and margin optimization in a fast-growing, regulated iGaming environment.
• Day to day, you will lead the development of actionable insights from complex datasets, design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests, build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with product, trading, operations, and finance teams to shape business strategy.
• You will join BetMGM’s Sports Analytics team within a company of over 1,400 talented professionals dedicated to revolutionizing sports betting and online gaming in the U.S. and Canada, backed by MGM Resorts International and Entain Group, with a strong commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and responsible gaming.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in sports betting analytics, lead cross-functional analytical initiatives, enhance your stakeholder communication and leadership skills, and contribute to a high-performance analytics culture while advancing your career in a dynamic, technology-driven industry.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex, and sometimes incomplete datasets
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or R, and demonstrated ability to build stakeholder-ready dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Expert understanding of sports and the U.S. sports betting industry, with prior experience in a regulated sports betting or iGaming environment preferred
