- • The Senior Systems Analyst I supports, troubleshoots, plans, develops, implements, and improves Kaplan’s business systems applications, ensuring optimal performance and successful project delivery.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving system issues, writing and optimizing SQL scripts and stored procedures, preparing data extracts, testing fixes, implementing changes via change management, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
